Agency Operator, inside Claude
Every morning it has already picked the one person you should talk to, told you why, and found three new names for your cold list. Your people live in your own Notion. You do not open another app. You just talk to Claude, the way you already do.
How to get it
Joining takes a minute, setting up takes about ten, and filling your list takes twenty. After that it is a few minutes a morning.
Join Mastery
It is not sold on its own, and it never will be. Mastery is the programme, the weekly calls, the board, and the room of designers. The plugin comes with it.
I let you in
The plugin is private. Nobody can find it or install it unless I add them by hand. Make a free GitHub account, send me the email you used, and accept the invite GitHub sends you. That is the only part I do myself.
Add it to Claude
Turn on Notion in Claude Cowork first. Your people will live there, in your own account, not ours. Then paste in the link I send you and click install. New versions show up on their own after this.
Answer five questions
Type /setup-agency-operator. Give it your website or your X profile and it drafts the answers, so you are fixing something instead of staring at a blank box.
Fill it with people you already know
This is the part people feel in their stomach. Claude asks one question at a time. Who were your last five clients? Did anyone go quiet? Most people end up with 15 to 40 names in about 20 minutes.
Then a few minutes a morning
A short note is already waiting, weekends too. After that you just talk normally. Say “she replied” or “call booked with Sara” and your list updates itself.
What's inside
Skills are what Claude knows. Commands are short words you type to start something. One morning note keeps the habit going. There is nothing else.

The morning note
It runs every morning at a time you choose, weekends too. Four short parts. Your numbers in one line. The one warm person to talk to, with what to write about. Three new cold names. One thing to post.
On Mondays it adds a quick look back. How many live conversations you have. Who went quiet. Whether you are running short on new names or short on booked calls.
Three promises
It never sends
It can suggest and it can draft. It never sends. Every message goes out from you.
It never deletes
Rows stay. Notes get added to, never wiped. Big changes get shown to you first.
It never piles on
Three names at most. When you are stretched, it gives you one thing to do. If your list is empty, it says so.
What it costs to run
Nothing extra
There is no separate bill and no server of ours. It runs inside the Claude Cowork plan you already pay for. The daily jobs stay small on purpose.
The list belongs to you
Your list lives in your own Notion. Not on our servers. If you stop using the plugin, you keep everything.
