What's new

What changed in Agency Operator, and when. The big things, in plain words, newest first.

  1. The Planner

    • The Planner is a new tab: the Planner 2026 sheet from the Six-Figure Designer Programme, in the app. Yours alone.
    • Days is one row of days. Today has your morning and evening routines, by hat, and your own tasks between them. Type a task on any empty line, tick it, drag it to another day or to Someday. A task you didn't finish moves to today on its own.
    • Each routine shows how long it takes, and the day adds them up: business routines are the must-do, Self is up to you. Change the times, or the lists, on Routines.
    • Month is a row a week, with goals for each week beside its days. Year has goals for each quarter. Mark any day with your own key.
    • Scroll sideways to any day, a month back and a year ahead. On a wide screen you see today and tomorrow side by side.
  2. A bell for new notes

    • A bell at the top right tells you when someone leaves a note on your week. Check-in gets a dot too. Click the note to go straight to it.
    • Each note shows when it was left. New ones have a small New tag.
    • The note box grows as you write. Press Enter to post, or Shift+Enter for a new line.
    • Make words bold with **two stars**, or start lines with - for a list. Links you paste now open.
    • Click your name for Settings, Theme, Guidance and Ask a question, all in one place.
  3. Quieter pages

    • The lines that explain each part of a page are now hidden to start. Press the ? in the header, or go to Settings, to show them.
  4. Easier on a phone

    • On a phone or a small window, a Menu button now holds every page. Before, some tabs were cut off.
    • A new home page, with a letter on why this exists.
  5. Check-in follows the Six-Figure Leads Funnel

    • Check-in now runs in the same order as the lesson: what you did, what came of it, what you learned.
    • Say how many of your conversations came from a post or a referral.
    • Progress runs left to right on a big screen. Pick a month from the title to see only those weeks.
    • New names: Check-in and Progress.
    • Ask a question in the header takes you to Mastery Discussions, where Oykun answers.
    • Every link in the app is now underlined, so you can tell it is a link.
  6. Dark theme, Settings and the Programme

    • A dark theme. Pick System, Light or Dark from the icon in the header.
    • Settings has your business and your ideal clients, with help beside every field.
    • A page for the Six-Figure Designer Programme: every module and lesson, the worksheets and templates, and the diagrams.
    • Log your week with big numbers and − and + buttons. No more typing into small boxes.
    • The board shows the newest weeks first.
  7. Your own sign-in link

    • You get a personal sign-in link. It works on every device, again and again.
    • The board is now cards, one for each member.
  8. Your history, and your numbers explained

    • Every week you logged in the old sheet is now in the app.
    • Download all your weeks as a spreadsheet file from Progress.
    • Edit or delete your own comments.
    • Every page that works out a number ends with How this is worked out, using your own numbers.
    • Members can no longer see each other's email addresses.
  9. Agency Operator opens

    • The weekly board replaces the shared sheet. Log your week, see everyone's, and keep each other going.
    • Sign-in is for Mastery members only, with a link sent to your email. No passwords.
